Your Smart Posture Corrector is covered by our Limited Warranty!
If your product arrives defective, stops working properly, or has a manufacturing issue, we will replace it free of charge under the terms below.
Warranty Coverage

Within 1 year: We will replace your posture corrector for free (including shipping).
Reseller Purchases
If you purchased your Smart Posture Corrector from an authorized reseller or distributor, please check their return or exchange policy first.

Products bought from an authorized seller must be returned directly to the store within their return period.

If you cannot obtain an exchange or refund, you may file a warranty claim with us. A valid proof of purchase showing the item was bought in new condition is required.
⚠️ Note: We cannot offer refunds for products not purchased directly from our official store or authorized partners.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All Smart Posture Correctors come with a 1-year limited warranty.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer protection laws (varies by country).
⚠️ Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or auction sites are not covered.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, or abuse.

Damage caused by using the product for unintended purposes.

Damage to any connected devices or accessories.

Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Exposure to extreme conditions (heat, cold, moisture).

Any product that is not an authentic Smart Posture Corrector.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact Support – Submit a claim by following the steps outlined [here].

Return the Product – Send back the defective product for evaluation.

Resolution – If confirmed defective, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit within 30 days.
Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs (including customs, duties, and taxes if applicable).

We will cover shipping costs for the replacement product.

We are not liable for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
Replacement Terms

Replacements are issued on an exchange basis only.

If the exact model is unavailable, a similar or equivalent style will be provided.

Replacement products remain under the original warranty period (the warranty does not reset).
Liability Limitation
